Where are you located?

My Beautiful Family serves all of Central New Jersey where we have been established since 1968. We are based out of Hightstown, NJ. Portrait sessions are usually photographed on-location at your home (indoor or outdoor) or a nearby public park.

How does it work? —There are three steps:

Step 1  PORTRAIT SESSION ----- At your home (indoor or outdoor) or a nearby public park.

Step 2  PORTRAIT SELECTION -- At either your home or on line (or both).

Step 3  PORTRAIT DELIVERY ---- Right to your door.

Where will the portrait session be photographed?

Many families choose to be conveniently photographed at their home (Indoor or Outdoor). Others are attracted to a nearby public park. Your personal style helps determine the location. Formal or Informal? Classic? Indoor or Outdoor? We can talk about the pros and cons of possible locations.

When should I book? When will the portrait session be scheduled?

Subject to our availability, you can book whenever you want and schedule a portrait session for then or later. If you want to take advantage of a monthly special on our calendar, please don't miss the opportunity.

We do our best to schedule portrait sessions on a weekday, ever mindful that some families, especially multi-generational families, need to be accommodated on the weekend. Please allow about 90 minutes for the session (including set up time).

Should our dog be in the portrait?

Of course! Dogs are family, too! So, absolutely!

I want to book a session, but I'm feeling nervous about it.

Everyone is a little nervous! It's normal. Once we get into action, you and your family will have a great time! Most families rate the experience right up there with the portrait quality. I assure you this will be a very positive family moment!

And what if I need a little "help" looking my best?

I use complimentary lighting to make skin tones look younger. I know how to photograph at angles that create a slimming effect. I use retouching and enhancing techniques that bring out the best in every family member.  Results are guaranteed to thrill you.

I know how much a beautiful family portrait means to you. Before proudly displaying your portrait in your home or gifting it to others, you must be pleased with the results. I will make sure you're happy!

How about guidance in how to dress everyone?

We want everyone to look their best. Yes, we’ll talk. We’ll even send you our on-line “Clothing Guide.”

I have no idea how to pose; will you tell me what to do?

I will absolutely show you how to pose, where to look, and how to do it all... comfortably. All you have to do is try to ease your mind and have fun!

Do portrait collections include digital image-files?

Yes! Digital files are great for holiday cards, social media, and archiving.
